描述：

CD3可与CD3抗原/ T细胞抗原受体（TCR）复合物的ε链发生反应。该复合物至少含有6种蛋白，分子量范围在20〜30kDa。CD3抗原非共价地与α/β或γ/δTCR（70至90 kDa）之一相结合。CD3抗原存在于61％到85％的正常外周血淋巴细胞，60％到85％的胸腺细胞，以及中小脑的浦肯野细胞上。这种抗体对大部分外周血T淋巴细胞起到丝分裂作用。

CD3 reacts with epsilon chain of the CD3 antigen/T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) complex. This complex is composed of at least six proteins that range in molecular weight from 20 to 30 kDa. The antigen recognized by CD3 antibodies is noncovalently associated with either α/β or γ/δ TCR (70 to 90 kDa). The CD3 antigen is present on 61% to 85% of normal peripheral blood lymphocytes 60% to 85% of thymocytes and on Purkinje cells in cerebellum. This antibody has a Mitogenic effect on most peripheral blood T lymphocytes, provided appropriate functional monocytes are present.

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 × 10^6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2. Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
4. Source of all serum proteins is from USDA inspected abattoirs located in the United States.
5.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
