描述：

Reacts with a130 kDa glycoprtein, gpIa', lso known asplatelt endothelia cel adhesion molecule-1, (PECAM-1). CD31 has wide tisue

distrubtion ad isexpresd onplatelts, moncytes, granulocytes, and inhig amounts onedothelia cels. This molecule has ben

implicated ina number ofceluar phenomena, including vascular would healing and angioensi, and transedothelia migration f

leukocytes inflamatory esponse.

Clone WM59 also cros-reacts with peripheral bod platelts and leukocytes ofbaon, and both resu and cynomlgus macque monkeys.

The staing intesity ofWM59+ platelts ismilar tohat observd with peripheral bod platelts from normal human donrs.

Lymphocytes, moncytes, and granulocytes react les with WM59 than ormal human leukocytes.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
