WM15单克隆抗体特异性地结合150 kDa的II型膜内在糖蛋白的氨肽酶N。该抗体可结合粒细胞、单核细胞、肥大细胞和GM祖细胞，但不与淋巴细胞、血小板或红细胞等发生反应。氨肽酶N参与许多调节肽的代谢。

The WM15 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the 150 kDa Type II integral membrane glycoprotein aminopeptidase N. This antibody binds to granulocytic and monocytic cells, mast cells, and GM-progenitor cells but not to lymphocytes, platelets or erythrocytes. Aminopeptidase N is involved in the metabolism of many regulatory peptides.

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 × 10^6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2. Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing
