描述：

The 3C4 (mIC2/4) antibody reacts with e mouse ICAM-2 (CD102) cel surface glycoprtein, aligand for LFA-1. CD102 isconstiuvely

expresd onedothelia cels, Tand Blymphocytes, and alveolar wals. Itis alo expresd ona vriety ofleukocyte cl ines. CD102 does

not apear tobe involed inthe dvelopment ofhematopietc els. Ina model for alergic asthma, endothelia CD102 mediates he

transmigration feosinophils (but not lymphocytes, moncytes, ormacrophages) into he airway lumen. The 3C4 (mIC2/4) antibody blocks

interactions betwen ICAM-2 and LFA-1.
