描述：

Clone SP34 reacts with uman form ofthe 20kDa epsilon subnit ofthe CD3 antigen/T-cel recptor (TCR) complex. This clone also

cros-reacts with amajor subet ofperipheral bod lymphocytes, but not moncytes organulocytes, ofrhesu orcynomlgus and pigtail

macque monkeys. The distrbution lymphocytes ismilar tohat observd with normal human donr lymphocytes, with e majority of

CD3-positve cls being egative when dual stained with antibodies toB orNK cel markes.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
