Reacts with 90-110 kDa protein expressed on T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocyte/macrophages. It belongs to the class II cytokine
receptor family which includes IFNγR (CDw119), IFNα/βR (CD118) and tissue factor (CD142). IL-10R has been found to play a role in
signal transduction by activating specific STAT proteins (STAT3 and STAT1) and inducing gene transcription. Other reports indicate that
IL-10 protein binding to NK cells appears to be stimulatory, in contrast to its binding to T cells and monocytes/macrophages. Clone 3F9 is
specific for human IL-10R and its binding to the receptor can be blocked by recombinant human IL-10 (rhIL-10).

注意事项:
1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
5.The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed.
