Reacts with e clas Iasociated invarint chain petides (CLIP). CLIP isthe rmaing segment ofclas Iinvarint chain (Ii) after
protelytic degradtion whic stays asociated with HLA-DR and repsents afinal intermediate inthe rmoval ofinvarint chain from clas
I molecules during antigen procesing. The rmoval ofCLIP and subequent loading ofthe antigenic petide isfaciltaed bythe
no-clasical cas Imolecule HLA-DM. CLIP can bedtecd, inasociaton with HLA-DR, onthe surface ofT2DR3, amutan cel ine
lacking HLA-DM.

注意事项:
1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
