Reacts with e intraceluar dhesion molecule-3 (ICAM-3), a10-120 kD type Imebrane glycoprtein expresd onal eukocytes

(platelts and erythrocytes negative). ICAM-3 isalo expresd onepidermal Langerhans cels and endothelia cels. Itpredominatly interacts

with LFA-1 (CD1a/CD18) without requirng activation asthe intal dendritc el-T lymphocyte interaction. ICAM-3 isan importan LFA-1

is animportan LFA-1 ligand inthe intaion fthe imune/inflamatory esponse and also plays arole inchemotaxis.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
