描述：

Reacts with cutaneous lymphocyte asociated antigen (CLA), acrbohydrate domain shared bysialy Lewis[x] (sLe[x]) and sialy Lewis[a]

(sLe[a]) ntigens. Itservs athe ligand for selctins including CD62E (LAM-1) and CD62L (ECAM-1). CLA isexpresd on

lymphocytes inthe skin ohig endothelium. Inperipheral bod, its expresd ona smal subet oflympocytes and almoncytes and

granulocytes. Ithas ben sugestd tha CLA plays arole insuporting lymphocyte migration toextravscular tisue during inflamation.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10e6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).

2.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.

5.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free FITC were removed.
