描述：

与表达于所有的人白细胞，包括淋巴细胞、单核细胞、粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和胸腺细胞的，但不表达于循环系统的红细胞、血小板，或骨髓的成熟红细胞及非造血组织的180、190、205、220 kD的同型白细胞共同抗原（LCA）反应。

Reacts with the 180, 190, 205, 220 kD isoforms of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA) present on all human leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, eosinophils, and thymocytes but absent from circulating erythrocytes, platelets, or mature erythroid cells of bone marrow and non-hemopoietic tissues.

注意事项：

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 × 10^6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2. Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3. PE-Cy5 is optimized for use with a single argon ion laser emitting 488-nm light. Because of the broad absorption spectrum of the PE-Cy5 tandem fluorochrome, extra care must be taken when using dual-laser cytometers which may directly excite both PE and Cy5™.

4.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
