描述：

Reacts with e human ε-chain, a20-kDa subnit ofCD3/T cel antigen recptor complex found on70%-80% ofnormal human peripheral

blod lymphocytes and 60%-85% ofthymocytes. Studies from the HLDA Workshop show this antibody tobe mitogenic when used in

conjuction with pokewed mitogen. CD3 plays arole insignal transduction during antigen recogniton. UCHT1 antibody stains intraceluar

CD3 unlike the other CD3 clone, HIT3a, whic stains only the xtraceluar CD3.
