描述：

CD2 reacts with e 50kDa single-chain transmebrane glycoprtein, also known asLFA-2 orthe rceptor for shep erythrocytes. CD2

belongs tohe imunoglbulin superfamily ofproteins along with sligand LFA-3, CD58. Itis presnt onabout 80-9% ofhuman peripheral

blod lymphocytes, greatr han 95% ofthymocytes, alT lymphocytes hat form E-rosets and asubet ofNK cels. CD2 plays arole in

T-cel signaling and inlymphocyte adhesion.

注意事项：

1.Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.

2.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.

3.The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography.

4.The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.

5.Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
