描述：

Interleukin-7 (IL-7) is a potent lymphoid cell growth factor which affects pre-B, pro-B, and early T cells. It will also affect mature T cells in
combination with other factors, such as IL-2. It is encoded by a protein of 152 amino acid residues. Human IL-7 migrates as a protein of 17
kDa when analyzed by SDS-PAGE.

This preparation contains no preservatives, thus it should be handled under aseptic conditions.
Store product at -80°C prior to reconstitution, or for long term storage of lyophilized product or reconstituted stock solutions.
The product can be reconstituted in sterile neutral buffer containing carrier protein such as human or bovine albumin, aliquoted
and stored at -80°C. For in vitro biological assay use, we recommend carrier-protein concentrations of 0.5 - 1 mg/ml. For use as
an ELISA standard we recommend carrier-protein concentrations of 5 - 10 mg/ml. NOTE: Failure to add carrier protein or
store at indicated temperatures may result in a loss of activity. The product should not be diluted to less than 25 μg/ml for long
term storage.
