描述：

CD73是胞外-5'-核苷酸酶,通过糖基磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚定于质膜的一种糖蛋白。CD73广泛分布在人体组织细胞表面，T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞、滤泡树突细胞、上皮细胞和内皮细胞。CD73催化磷酸腺苷（AMP）的去磷酸化，转换为腺苷。CD73能介导T细胞活化的共刺激信号和淋巴细胞与内皮的粘附。

Reacts with ecto-5’-nucleotidase, a 70 kDa, glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein. CD73 is expressed on subsets of T and B lymphocytes, follicular dendritic cells, epithelial cells and endothelial cells. Its expression on lymphocytes increases during T and B cell development. CD73 has enzymatic activity and catalyzes the dephosphorylation of  adenosine monophosphate (AMP) converting it to adenosine. It has been suggested that CD73 can mediate costimulatory signals in T cell activation and adhesion of lymphocytes to
endothelium.

1.This reagent has been pre-diluted for use at the recommended Volume per Test. We typically use 1 X 10^6 cells in a 100-μl experimental sample (a test).
2. Since applications vary, each investigator should titrate the reagent to obtain optimal results.
3.Caution: Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
4.Source of all serum proteins is from USDA inspected abattoirs located in the United States.
