10X ThermoPol DF (Detergent-free) Reaction Buffer is optimized for use with Therminator^™ and Taq DNA Polymerases in reactions which require a detergent-free buffer. This buffer also provides superior reaction conditions for other thermophilic DNA polymerases. Reaction Conditions:
At a 1X concentration, the reaction buffer assures optimal activity of Therminator, Taq and other DNA polymerases in reactions which require a detergent-free buffer.
