Diluent Buffer Set A, B and C are recommended for making dilutions of New England Biolabs, Inc. restriction enzymes.
When necessary, we recommend diluting enzymes just prior to use and suggest that the final concentration of diluted enzymes be at least 1,000 units/ml.
Each vial contains 1.3 ml of diluent buffer. The diluents are labeled A, B, and C to help match enzymes with their appropriate diluent buffers. Provided are 4 vials of Diluent A and 2 vials each of Diluent B and C.

稀释液 A：
50 mM KCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM dithiothreitol,
200 μg/ml BSA, 50% 甘油 (pH 7.4 @ 25℃) 。
稀释液 B：
300 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM dithiothreitol,
500 μg/ml BSA, 50% 甘油 (pH 7.4 @ 25℃) 。
稀释液 C：
250 mM NaCl, 10 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, 1 mM dithiothreitol,
0.15% Triton X-100, 200 μg/ml BSA, 50% 甘油 (pH 7.4 @ 25℃) 。

These enzymes should be stored at their selling concentrations.
