Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting and intracelluar immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For Western blotting, the suggested use is 1 to 2 ug per ml. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 1.0 μg per million cells in a staining volume of 100 μl. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
