New England Biolabs supplies a 10X  reaction buffer with all of its enzymes. At a 1X concentration this reaction buffer assures optimal activity of protein kinases, including Abl Protein Tyrosine Kinase (Abl) (NEB# P6050), CDK1-cyclin B (NEB# P6020), CaMKII (NEB #P6060), p42 MAP Kinase (MAPK) (NEB# P6080).
