Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA capture applications, a concentration range of 0.5-2 μg/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IL-1a recombinant protein ranging from 250 to 4 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For Western Blotting applications, it is suggested to use 5 μg antibody per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
