EpiMark® Hot Start Taq Reaction Buffer Pack (5X) is optimized for use with EpiMark Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase. This reaction buffer has been formulated to result in robust yields from bisulfite-converted DNA.

Reaction Conditions:
1X EpiMark Hot Start Taq Reaction Buffer, bisulfite-converted DNA template, primers, 200 µM dNTPs (not included) and 1.25 units of EpiMark Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase (not included) in a total reaction volume of 50 µl.
