Description:
New England Biolabs supplies a 10X reaction buffer with all of its enzymes. At a 1X concentration this reaction buffer assures optimal activity of the enzyme.

Reagents Supplied:
10X Terminal Transferase Reaction Buffer 2 x 1.5 ml
10X CoCl₂ (2.5 mM) 2 x 1.5 ml

Reaction Conditions:
At a 1X concentration the reaction buffer, supplemented with 0.25 mM CoCl₂ assures optimal activity for Terminal Transferase.

1X Terminal Transferase Reaction Buffer:
50 mM potassium acetate
20 mM Tris-acetate
10 mM magnesium acetate
pH 7.9 @ 25°C
