描述：

    Thermo Scientific DharmaFECT Cell Culture Reagent (DCCR) is designed for dilution of DharmaFECT 1, 2, 3, or 4 Transfection Reagent prior to use in Dharmacon Reverse Transfection format (RTF) siRNA library plates. The resulting mixture is used to resuspend the pre-plated siRNA, at which time the siRNA:transfection reagent complex is formed. The plates are then ready for cells to be added in the optimal density for siRNA transfection.
