Detailed Description
Detection of multiple antigens within the same sample traditionally has required the generation of multiple blots from multiple gels. This process consumes valuable sample and introduces potential artifacts when comparing separate blots. These problems can be eliminated by probing a single blot with multiple antibodies. To clean the blot for a new round of immunoblotting, ReView™ Buffer Solution can be used as a stripping buffer to dissociate the antibodies from the antigen.
