AMRESCO's 8M Lithium Chloride Solution is formulated for RT-PCR preparation and cDNA. Lithium chloride efficiently precipitates the RNA, but does not precipitate the DNA, protein or free nucleotide triphosphates. This product is a convenient, ready-to-use solution that helps to remove inhibitors of cDNA synthesis and translation.
