A pre-blended Tris-glycine powder for preparation of Laemmli SDS-PAGE running buffer. 0251-40L prepares 40 liters of 1X Tris-Glycine solution (0.025M tris base and 0.192 M glycine). Each Ready-Pack prepares 1 liter of a 10X concentrate. 0251-2PK: Each Ready-Pack™ prepares a 10X TG solution when dissolved in 1 liter of water.
