AHP690 recognises human metastasis associated protein 1 (MTA1), a member of the nucleosome remodelling complex. MTA1 is expressed by various tissues but is highly expressed by metastatic cells.

AHP690 detects a band of approximately 75-80kDa in 293 cell lysates. An overnight incubation time of 12 hours is recommended for this antibody.

This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to MTA1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
