AHP681 recognises human JAW 1, also known as lymphoid restricted membrane protein (LRMP). JAW1 is a lymphoid restricted integral membrane protein that is localised to the cytoplasmic face of the endoplasmic reticulum.
JAW 1 is reported to be expressed by lymphoid cell line and tissue in a developmentally regulated manner.

Western Blotting
AHP681 detects a band of approximately 70-80kDa in U937 cell lysate. An overnight incubation time of 12 hours is receommended for antibody.
Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to JAW 1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
