AHP655 recognises human haematopoietic cell-specific lyn substrate 1 (HCLS1), a 75KD intracellular protein involved in the signal transduction pathways in lymphocytes. Expression of HCLS1 is restricted to cells of haematopoietic origin and is expressed in early stages of myeloid and erythroid differentiation.

AHP655 detects a band of approximately 70-75kDa in Raji cell lysates. An overnight incubation time of 12 hours is recommended for this antibody.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human HCLS1 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
