AHP654 recognises DAP kinase-related apoptosis-inducing protein kinase 2 (DRAK 2). DRAK 2 is a serine threonine kinase that is involved in inducing apoptosis. DRAK 2 is located in the nucleus and is highly expressed in the lungs, placenta and pancreas.

AHP654 detects a band of approximately 45kDa in Jurkat cell lysates. A minimum incubation time of 1 hour is recommended with this antibody.

This product should be stored undiluted.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to human DRAK 2 were raised by repeated immunisations of goats with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
