AHP651 specifically recognises an epitope within the N-terminal (NT) region of FYN (Proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Fyn), a cell membrane non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase and member of the Tyr protein kinase family. SRC subfamily, which shares strong similarities with mouse FYN, v-yes and c-src.
