AHP600 recognises human MDM2-binding protein (MTBP). MDM2 is an important negative regulator of p53, which is over expressed in a range of human cancers. MTBP is expressed in a variety of normal tissues and is reported to bind to MDM2, inhibiting it's effect on p53.

Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
