AHP584 recognises Bcl-10 a CARD (caspase recruitment domain) containing protein involved in apoptosis. Bcl-10 is expressed in many human tissues and cell lines. Bcl-10 has been reported to exhibit mutations in MALT lymphomas and in lymphomas of B and T cell lineage.

Antisera to Bcl-10 (NT) were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbit with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
