AHP528HT recognises the kappa immunoglobulin light chain, which comprises approximately 60% of light chains in the human.
Immunohistochemical detection of immunoglobulins is useful in determining the lymphoid origin of tissues and in the assessment of lymphoid proliferations as reactive or malignant. The assessment of light chain status is particularly important in this regard as it may be used to demonstrate the clonal nature of a tumour.

Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
