Rabbit anti Human thyroid stimulating hormone polyclonal antibodyrecognises human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), a 28kD hormone produced by the pituitary gland, which acts to stimulate the growth of the thyroid and production of thyroid hormones.
This antibody labels thyrotroph cells of the anterior pituitary, and benign and malignant tumours arising from these cells.
