AHP461 recognises the human membrane bound matrix metalloproteinase designated MMP15 (MT2-MMP).
This antibody binds to the prodomain region, which is removed during activation.

Antisera to human MMP15 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein A.
