AHP2153 recognises the mouse Double-strand break repair protein MRE11A, a nuclear protein of approximately 80kDa belonging to the MRE11/RAD32 family.
MRE11A plays a vital role in double-strand break repair, DNA recombination, regulation of telomere integrity and meiosis.
