AHP2059 recognises human Ubiquitin Specific Protease 18 (USP18), a 43kDa protease belonging to the peptidase C19 family.
USP18 functions as a deubiquinating enzyme, removing ubiquitin adducts from a range of protein substrates.

This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.

Antiserum to human USP18 was raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
