AHP1920 specifically recognises human CCL25, otherwise known as TECK (thymus expressed chemokine), a member of the intercrine beta (chemokine CC) family, specifically expressed by thymic stromal cells, which acts as a chemotactic factor for activated macrophages, thymocytes and dendritic cells, and signals through binding to the CCR9 receptor.

Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to human CCL25 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
This antibody may be used in an indirect ELISA or as a capture reagent in a sandwich ELISA withAHP1920Bas the detection antibody andPHP225as the standard.
