AHP1791T recognises human chromodomain helicase DNA binding protein 5 (CHD5), a 1954 amino acid transcription factor belonging to the SNF2/Rad54 helicase family.
Research indicates that CHD5 may play a role in the development of the nervous system and it has hypothesized that CHD5 is involved in the pathogenesis of neural tumours.
