AHP1675 specifically recognises human DNA (cytosine-5)-methyltransferase 1, also known as DNMT1, a ubiquitously expressed nuclear enzyme and member of the C5-methyltransferase family, which plays a key role in the maintenance of DNA cytosine methylation patterns, and therefore in the regulation of gene expression, X chromosome inactivation, genomic imprinting and development.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
