AHP1665T recognises Caspase recruitment domain family member 11 (CARD11, also known as CARMA1), a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase-like (MAGUK) family. These proteins act as molecular scaffolds assisting in the assembly of signal transduction molecules. CARD11 phosphorylates BCL10 and induces NF-kappa-B activity via BCL10 and IKK.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
18 months from date of despatch.
Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to CARD11 was raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by immunoaffinity chromatography.
