AHP1623 recognises human Caspase recruitment domain family, member 9 (CARD9), a 60kDa member of a family of proteins defined by the presence of a characteristic caspase-associated recruitment domain. CARD9 associates with BCL10, apparently in a molecular scaffolding role, for the assembly of the BCL10 signalling complex that activates NF-kB.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
18 months from date of despatch.
Antiserum Preparation
Antiserum to human CARD9 was raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared from whole serum by affinity chromatography.
