AHP1578 specifically recognises an epitope within the C-terminal (CT) region of RAB11A (ras-related protein Rab-11A), a ubiquitously expressed GTP-binding protein and member of the small GTPase superfamily, involved in the endosomal recycling of internalized receptors, and the trafficking of proteins from the Golgi apparatus to the plasma membrane.
