AHP1408 recognises Mouse ARFGAP3 (ADP-ribosylation factor GTPase activating protein 3), originally described as ARFGAP1.
This protein is thought to promote hydrolysis of ARF1 bound GTP, which is required for the dissociation of coat proteins from Golgi derived membranes and vesicles.
ARFGAP3 is widely expressed, being found at high levels in endocrine glands.

This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.Sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for this purpose.
