AHP1364 detects a specific epitope within the carboxy-terminal of RING finger protein 25 (RNF25, also named AO7). RNF25 is expressed in a variety of tissues, and has been shown to act as an E3 ligase interacting with many proteins which may be potential ubiquitin ligase substrates.
RNF25 localizes predominantly in the nucleus and supports the transcriptional activity of NF-?B by interacting with p65 upon stimulation with TNF.

Storage
Store at +4oC or at -20oC if preferred.
Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
Shelf Life
18 months from date of despatch.
Antiserum Preparation
Antisera to RNF25 (CT) were raised by repeated immunisations of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
