Antisera to murine interleukin 6 were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by antigen affinity chromatography.
This purified mouse IL-6 antibody may be used in an indirect ELISA or as the capture reagent in a sandwich ELISA with abiotinylated mouse IL-6 antibody(AAM15B) as the detection reagent andrecombinant mouse IL-6(PMP15B) as the standard.
