描述：

Wizard^® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System（Wizard^® SV凝胶及PCR纯化系统）用于从标准或低熔点琼脂糖凝胶提取并纯化长度为100bp-10kb的DNA片段，这些DNA片段可直接来自PCR或其它一般的反应如限制性酶切反应。回收效率因DNA片段的大小而异，可高达95%。PCR产物纯化可有效去除未掺入的核苷酸及引物。该系统利用膜可结合高达40μg的DNA，纯化DNA片段或PCR产物所需的时间取决于处理样品的数量及操作步骤，可在15分钟内完成。纯化的DNA可直接用于自动荧光测序、克隆、标记、扩增、限制性酶切及体外转录和翻译。

The Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System extracts DNA fragments of 100bp to 10kb from standard or low-melt agarose gels in either Tris acetate (TAE) or Tris borate (TBE) and purifies PCR products directly from an amplification reaction. Up to 95% recovery is achieved, depending on DNA fragment size. PCR products are commonly purified to remove excess nucleotides and primers. This membrane-based system, which can bind up to 40µg of DNA, allows recovery of isolated DNA fragments or PCR products in as little as 20 minutes, depending on the number of samples processed and protocol used. Purified DNA can be used for automated fluorescent DNA sequencing, cloning, labeling, restriction enzyme digestion or in vitro transcription/translation without further manipulation.
