Wizard® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System(Wizard® SV 96 基因组DNA 纯化系统) 是一种高通量，基于膜法的纯化技术，可从培养细胞和组织中，包括鼠尾中连续提取基因组DNA。从5×106 个细胞、20mg 组织或1.2cm 鼠尾中能提取可用于扩增的基因组DNA，无需离心步骤。Wizard® SV 96 基因组DNA 纯化系统采用96 孔真空过滤器从细胞裂解物中纯化基因组DNA。洗涤结合真空的DNA 时，不需拆卸多联器(manifold)，过滤产生的废液可直接流入真空收集容器中，在纯化过程中不需倾倒废液。Wizard® SV 96 基因组DNA 纯化系统可使用手动操作模式，也可使用Beckman Coulter 或PerkinElmer 自动化操作平台。

The Wizard® SV 96 Genomic DNA Purification System provides a high-throughput, membrane-based technique for consistent preparation of genomic DNA from cultured cells and tissue, including mouse tails. Amplifiable genomic DNA can be isolated from up to 5 × 106 cells, 20mg of tissue or up to 1.2cm of a mouse tail tip without a centrifugation clearing step.

With the Wizard® SV Genomic DNA purification system, genomic DNA is purified from cell lysates using 96-well vacuum filtration. Washing the bound DNA requires no disassembly of the manifold, and filtrate waste products are delivered directly to a vacuum trap, eliminating the need to empty waste collection trays.

The Wizard® SV Genomic DNA Purification System is designed for use either in a manual format or with Beckman Coulter or PerkinElmer automated instruments.

Notes

For manual purification, the Wizard® SV Genomic DNA Purification System requires a vacuum pump capable of generating 15–20 inches of Hg or the equivalent and the Vac-Man® 96 Vacuum Manifold (Cat.# A2291; see figures) or similar manifold. The Vac-Man® 96 Vacuum Manifold requires the use of a vacuum trap (not provided).
