This Estrogen Receptor (ER) Beta Ligand Binding Domain (LBD) is a 59.50 kDa recombinant human protein (amino acids 244-530) expressed as a GST fusion protein in baculovirus-infected insect cells. It was expressed and purified in the absence of exogenous ligands.
