YPD Broth Recipe
YPD Broth is a commonly used yeast growth media for maintenance and propagation of Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris) and Saccharomyces cerevisae (S. cerevisae) yeast strains. 

Formulation per One Liter:
10 g   Yeast extract
20 g   Bacto peptone
20 g   Dextrose (glucose) 

Ready-to-Use in Optimized Gibco® Media Bottles
Each bottle of Gibco® YPD Broth is filter-sterilized and ready-to-use in ergonomic Gibco® media bottles with angled openings for simplified pipetting.
